1About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Wealvo app and this website. Wealvo is published by Gabix (info@gabix.si). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2What Wealvo is

Wealvo is a personal money overview. It helps you see balances, bills, subscriptions, loans and what you can still spend. It is not a bank, not a payment service, and not investment, tax or credit advice. The app does not move money, and you still pay your bills at your bank.

3Your data and your device

Your ledger lives on your phone. There is no Wealvo account for it. This means you are responsible for your device, your lock PIN and, if you use the Google Drive backup, your backup passphrase. Because backups and shared wallets are encrypted on your phone, we cannot recover them for you.

4Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, imports and scanned amounts. AI receipt reading, category suggestions and bank import are helpers, not a guarantee that everything is read correctly. Please check results before you rely on them.

5Free and Premium

Wealvo is free to download and use within the Free limits shown in our pricing section and inside the app. Premium removes those limits and adds the shared household wallet. It is offered monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Purchases run through Google Play. Prices include VAT and may vary slightly by country.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• A lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.
• Refunds follow the rules of Google Play.
• If you go back to Free, nothing is deleted. You simply cannot add more beyond the Free limits.

6Shared wallet

You can invite other people into a shared wallet. Anyone with the invite can see and add entries in it, so share invites only with people you trust. Creating a shared wallet is part of Premium; joining one with an invite is free.

7Acceptable use

Please use Wealvo fairly. Do not:

• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or our servers,
• use scanning or AI features in an abusive or automated way,
• use the app to break the law or to harm other people.

8Availability and changes

We work to keep Wealvo reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or remove features, and adjust the Free limits and prices for the future. Purchases you have already made are not affected retroactively.

9No warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uptime or that AI will always read the merchant or amount correctly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from decisions you make based on the app. Rights that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights, remain unaffected.

10Intellectual property

The name Wealvo, the mark, the interface and the app belong to the publisher. You may use the app for yourself. Please do not copy the app or its design for commercial use without permission.

11Accessibility

Wealvo is designed to work with screen readers (TalkBack, VoiceOver), larger text sizes and light and dark themes, with text contrast of at least 4.5:1. If you run into a barrier, write to info@gabix.si and we will reply within 14 days. This statement was last reviewed in October 2026.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
